Working in groups, you will help a Private Equity Fund decide whether to proceed with a contemplated transaction. Based on provided analyst reports, you will learn to:
- Assess the investment in terms of market risks, target’s attractiveness and fit with PE fund’s strategy,
- Identify possible value creation initiatives within the investment horizon,
- Calculate estimated returns and perform a simple Leveraged Buyout (LBO) model.
