BCG – Are you born to be a consultant?

Do you want to enter the world of consulting and find out what the everyday work of a BCG consultant in the Warsaw office looks like? This workshop will be an ideal opportunity to do just that! The case study you will take part in is based on a consulting engagement on debit card payments for one of the biggest Polish retailers. You will have an opportunity to challenge yourself and see if you are made to be a part of the world leading consultancies. After the workshops, we would like to invite all participants to an informal meeting over a pint in a pub nearby.
Please note that this workshop will take place on Friday at 6pm. Please make sure you can attend it before submitting your application.

Inglot

Inglot – How to build a global business from scratch?

Inglot is at the vanguard of Polish firms conquering the world. Since 2006, it has expanded to 50 countries on 6 continents and now has over 400 boutiques worldwide including in places such as Westfield (London), Times Square (NYC) and Dubai. MBA students at Harvard and INSEAD Universities already analyse its business model and enormously rapid international expansion. Our workshop will be based on the INSEAD case study and will be delivered by Dr Zbigniew Inglot, the firm’s co-founder, and Dr Sławomir Janiszewski, an M&A specialist. It will combine first-hand experience of managing international development and building a business from scratch in a difficult environment with an extensive knowledge of the cosmetics industry.
Please note that if your application for this workshop is successful, you will not be able to attend a lunch with our speakers since these events take place simultaneously. Please consider this when making your final decision.

Inkubatory

Inkubatory.pl – Make your business happen.

Most people who think about starting their own company perceive it as something abstract. I have an idea but… what next? How should I start? Should I do it on my own or maybe first build a team? Are there any business tools that could help me take the first step? How should I build, develop and then communicate my product or service with costumers and a market? These are only a few examples of questions that could be asked about these issues. During this workshop you will learn how to move from the stage of thinking about the business to the stage of starting your own one. Acquired knowledge will allow you to work on your project effectively for two months. Training will be led by Mateusz Lebiedziński who manages the two biggest branches/departments of AIP – Akademickie Inkubatory Przedsiębiorczości in Poland.
Please note that if your application for this workshop is successful, you will not be able to attend a lunch with our speakers since these events take place simultaneously. Please consider this when making your final decision.
